Roy Wood Jr is a stand-up comic, radio host, and actor. He’s performed comedy on TV shows like Last Comic Standing and Late Show with David Letterman. Now he can be seen on my show, Sullivan and Son, on TBS. Roy’s great comedy career all started when he was in college and facing jail time thanks to federal charges for credit card fraud. And it all started out with just wanting some free pizza.
The latest Man School podcast is with Zane Lamprey from Three Sheets and Drinking Made Easy. We talk about drinking for a living and how I was a jerk to him once in Costa Rica.
I was on Jordan Harbinger’s Pickup Podcast to talk about all of our adventures going speed-dating. Helpful for single guys!

I had a recent fun chat with The PodGodz about quitting your podcast, Man School, and the MP3 arts in general. I’ve guested on Giovanni’s — aka Adam Carolla’s Superfan — other show twice before.
Paul met George Carlin and Sam met Howie Mandel. Paul was just on Class #3 “I Have Depression.” Sam Tripoli hosts The Naughty Show where I was recently a guest.
Welcome to Man School’s third class! On this episode I chat with Paul Gilmartin about his clinical depression. Paul is a comedian, television personality, and host of the wonderful podcast, The Mental Illness Happy Hour.

Last year my friend Jordan Harbinger and I tried speed-dating… a lot. We joined comics Zara Mizrahi and Ian Edwards on their fun new podcast The Preposterous Sessions to chat about those hundreds of really fun mini-dates. Check out that podcast here!
(I reference an article I wrote about about Jordan’s company that can be found here.)
